i find it really interesting to note how you can have a lot more of the healthy/unprocessed foods than the unhealthy/processed foods for the same amount of calories. i find that candy is good to snack on though when youre having a sweet cravings; a few pieces will calm that craving and have a LOT less calories than eating a huge bowl of ice cream or piece of cake...

I just did her newest workout and my abs… Ahh… When she says she’s gonna rip your abs, she is seriously not joking!
