Run.
Just ran on the treadmill with increasing, then decreasing speed for two rounds 15 minutes each. Stretching in between.
I feel really good. And motivated. But I haven’t had a good solid run in a week or so, so I feel more exhausted than usual. Now I have to shower and go to my Aunt and Uncle’s house for New Year’s Eve stuff.

I hate being so hungry I'm nauseated.
I just didn’t feel like eating right when I woke up. And now I don’t really want to eat because I’m nauseated. Ugh.

My sister is out running errands.

EDIT: I would run to a track if it weren’t for the following reasons:
I live off of a highway. So it’s kinda to dangerous to run along a highway.
