    This page is a compilation of my goals. Anything crossed out I already accomplished.

    My New Year’s resolutions can be found here. I will try and post progress on them throughout the year. I hope I remember, haha.


    SCHOOL

    • Complete all reps of the push-up test
    • Get over 50 on the pacer
    • Study an hour a day for my AP sciences

    RUNNING

    • Break 30 for 200m
    • Break 1:20 1:05 for 400m
    • Train properly
    • Run a 5k in under 30 minutes

    FITNESS

    FOOD

    • Control cravings
    • Stay within a decent caloric intake
    • Go plain

    LIFE

    • Stop procrastinating
    • Get control of my migraines
    • Relax (Easier said than done…)
    • Read at least 1 book a month
