And this is one of the big reasons why a lot of the girls in college I’ve seen are kinda chubby. That “must-have” suped-up morning coffee and all that beer at parties. It can happen to guys too, but it typically doesn’t have as big of an effect on males because their body has a higher muscle to fat ratio than women. Thus, they naturally burn off more calories than women do by doing… Well… Nothing. It’ll take more drinks and laziness for guys to really catch up to the same rate of fat gain.
