A daily exercise plan! Do these exercises throughout the day (and add in your own) to get into the habit of daily fitness.
I think I’m gonna use this to ease myself back in. It’s not a whole lot to do. It seems like it will take less time than what I usually do. I think this will be good for now until I can really get back into it all.
