The Good-Sleep Smoothie
- 1 cup of cherry juice (rich source of melatonin, the sleep hormone)
- 1 banana (low fat magnesium, great late night snack)
- 1 cup of soy milk (contains amino acids that help create melatonin in your body)
Feel free to add other fresh or frozen fruits! Going to bed hungry can actually prevent you from getting a good night sleep, so try this (or any of the ingredients by themselves) as a late-night snack!
