

Melissa’s Ultimate Post-Workout Protein Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 banana, sliced
- Small handful of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1~2 tbsp any nut butter
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1~2 cups milk
- Small handful of kale (optional)
- Ice (don’t add ice if you used frozen)
… And just toss it all in the blender.
If you don’t have frozen blueberries, feel free to swap it out for any fruit you have. The kale you won’t be able to taste, but it amps up the nutritional value! I just use this as my base recipe. :)
