    What is my diet like? Well, I’ll show you!

    Top 5 Breakfast Foods:

    1. Whole-wheat English muffin w/ pb and cinnamon
    2. Oatmeal w/ fruit
    3. Eggs
    4. Bagel w/ butter or pb
    5. Cereal w/ fruit

    Top 5 Lunch Foods:

    1. Turkey and Swiss sandwich on Whole-wheat w/ spicy mustard
    2. Big salad w/ plenty of veggies, nuts, and sometimes no dressing
    3. Leftovers
    4. Soup
    5. Some type of meat w/ veggies

    Top 5 Dinner Foods:

    1. Pasta w/ marinara sauce
    2. Piece of fish w/ veggies
    3. Soup and salad
    4. Some type of meat w/ salad and veggies
    5. Lots and lots of veggies

    Top 5 Snacks/Post-workout Foods:

    1. Whole-wheat English muffin w/ pb and cinnamon
    2. Protein shake
    3. Luna bar
    4. Yogurt parfait
    5. Cottage cheese

    Top 5 Drinks:

    1. (Spa) Water
    2. Unsweetened Iced Tea
    3. Hot Green Tea
    4. Milk
    5. 100% Cranberry Juice

    RULES:

    1. Pick up to 3 items per meal, drinks not included.
    2. Use small plates.
    3. Put fork down while chewing.
    4. Eat slowly.
    5. Don’t go for seconds unless you’re truly hungry.
