Top 5 Breakfast Foods:
- Whole-wheat English muffin w/ pb and cinnamon
- Oatmeal w/ fruit
- Eggs
- Bagel w/ butter or pb
- Cereal w/ fruit
Top 5 Lunch Foods:
- Turkey and Swiss sandwich on Whole-wheat w/ spicy mustard
- Big salad w/ plenty of veggies, nuts, and sometimes no dressing
- Leftovers
- Soup
- Some type of meat w/ veggies
Top 5 Dinner Foods:
- Pasta w/ marinara sauce
- Piece of fish w/ veggies
- Soup and salad
- Some type of meat w/ salad and veggies
- Lots and lots of veggies
Top 5 Snacks/Post-workout Foods:
- Whole-wheat English muffin w/ pb and cinnamon
- Protein shake
- Luna bar
- Yogurt parfait
- Cottage cheese
Top 5 Drinks:
- (Spa) Water
- Unsweetened Iced Tea
- Hot Green Tea
- Milk
- 100% Cranberry Juice
RULES:
- Pick up to 3 items per meal, drinks not included.
- Use small plates.
- Put fork down while chewing.
- Eat slowly.
- Don’t go for seconds unless you’re truly hungry.
