RECIPE 18 pitted dates, 2/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut, 1 cup walnuts, 1/2 cup almonds, 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder & 1/4 tsp salt.

Chocolate Avocado Banana Pudding
- 2 avocados, ripe
- 2 medium bananas, ripe
- 6-8T unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1t vanilla extract
- 1t cinnamon
- 1.5 scoops Raw protein powder
In a food processor, combine the avocado + banana and process until smooth. Scrape down the sides of bowl as necessary. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and protein powder [if using]. Process again until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve and add any topping you like. Store in a sealed container and eat within 2-3 days.

Blended together and baked in 8 muffin cases for approximately 45 minutes at 170 C (338 F):
- 1/2 cup of liquid egg whites
- 1/2 cup of goji berries
- 1/2 cup of quinoa flakes
- 1/2 cup of chocolate hemp protein powder
- 1/4 cup of blueberry & apple puree for babies
- 3 tbsp of chestnut flour
- 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of baking soda
Per 1 muffin (out of 8):
- Calories: 108
- Protein: 13g
- Carbs: 8g (34.9g sugars)
- Fat: 2.8g (0.2g sat)
- Fiber: 3.8g
Almond Joy and Chocolate banana ice cream with my mom and uncle.
White Chocolate Peanut Butter
- 400g dry roasted peanuts (i used unsalted)
- 125g white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Place peanuts in food processor and blend for about 5 minutes until thick paste forms. Add the vanilla and melted white chocolate then process again until well combined. Pour into a jar and store at room temperature. (oh and i’m not sure why but this tastes 10234x better the day after)
this is definitely one of the best things i’ve ever made! to be honest, the main reason i made this is because i keep seeing the “white chocolate wonderful” peanut butter on my dash and i’m always like “WTH why don’t we have this in australia” hahaha so yeah i just had to make it. don’t ask me how long it will keep, mine only lasted for 3 days it’s that awesome!!
