Today’s outfit. Finally decided to wear the black and lace peplum dress my grandma got me for Christmas! It’s so cute. Drew gave me the shoes for my birthday. All of it is Express.

Whenever I find a dress I like, I need to buy it. Because I’m very picky with dresses, haha. But ugh. Size 2 fit my body so well. But it was so tight in the chest I could just barely zip it up. Size 4 was more comfortable in the chest but it didn’t hug my body as much. -__- I think tight body-hugging dresses should always be slightly stretchy. Because not every size 2 has the same body shape. It’s not that loose around my body… But it could be better. So I bought it with the goal of filling it out a little more with fitness, haha.

My prom dress.
I’m thinking about getting it shortened so that it’s more practical. I mean, where am I going to wear a floor-length dress any time soon? Or ever? But in a way it pains me to lose this gorgeous dress. Obviously it’s the same dress, but it’s not the same… Haha. My boyfriend’s two brothers are getting married in the summer and I think Drew was invited to one of his older friend’s wedding, so that’s probably another one that I’ll go to, haha. So I have 3 weddings to be at… I should have a classy dress to wear. Some people who have seen my dress actually suggested that I get it shortened and wear it. The only thing is, I wonder if red would be too attention-grabbing. I don’t want to steal the thunder from the bride or anything… It’s her big day, you know? I know I would be kinda devastated if someone stole my thunder on my big day.
